1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Sing Your Story (the "Service"), operated by Quiwie Concepts CommV, VAT BE0816.550.849, registered in Belgium, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Service.

2. Description of Service

Sing Your Story provides personalized AI-generated digital songs based on customer input. The Service is entirely digital and does not involve physical goods. Production begins immediately upon receipt of payment and typically delivers within 24 hours.

All songs are generated using artificial intelligence technology and are customized based on the information and preferences you provide during the order process.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your personalized song for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Permitted Uses: You may share your song on personal social media, play it at private events, and use it for personal enjoyment.

Prohibited Uses: You may not resell, redistribute, or use the song for commercial purposes without express written permission from Quiwie Concepts CommV. You may not claim authorship or copyright ownership of the generated song.

4. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information during the order process. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit (names, stories, memories) does not violate any laws, infringe on any third-party rights, or contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal material.

5. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount for the Service.

Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes where required by law.

6. Delivery and Production

Production Start: Production begins immediately upon payment confirmation. Once production has started, cancellations and refunds are not available except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery is within 24 hours. Express options may be available for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

7. Revisions

One (1) free revision is included with your order if you are not satisfied with the initial delivery. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiwie Concepts CommV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Service Interruptions

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
